Having overall health is a privilege. We only realize how perfectly designed our bodies are when something goes wrong. We should be grateful every day for the ordinary things.
Your body is a temple and it is in your power how you treat and cherish it. (This, on its own, makes you one of the lucky ones.) From lifestyle choices as tiny as taking the stairs over using the elevator or biking to work instead of using a car or public transport, to the everyday decisions on nutrition: what and when and how much you eat, how you keep yourself clean and well.
If you think about it, we are all astronauts on the space ship called Earth. Our existence is a miracle. Our bodies are extraordinary. Treat them well.
