Hello, 2022

Today was a perfect start to the year. I could sleep longer, take a traditional Neujahrslauf walk with Báró, had delicious red lentil soup, practiced a bit of yoga and had and overall nice relaxing day. Oh, and I won on the lottery. What else could I wish for? 🙂

I love the transition time between the old and new year. It’s a time to reflect on what’s behind us, what we did good, what we could improve in, and make plans for the coming year.
I don’t believe the calendar dictates when we should celebrate or reflect, but I like this new beginning mood.

I’ll try and make this year a good one.
