We’ve spent most day outside today, on the Sun. The doggos had a great time, we had a beer, and we were laughing so much! It was a perfect Sunday afternoon/evening. Plus some plans were fixed also in the morning. I love that I can do all of these things.
On a sunny day in Berlin, things feel quite normal again.
Or maybe I’m just happy.
History repeats itself. This can be annoying sometimes, but it can also be an opportunity to learn and practice. As I keep getting to know myself, I recognize patterns and I set some goals for improvement. But even when we know what we want to change it is tricky to actually react differently the next time. Habits are not easy to change.
On one hand, we get to choose every moment whether we want to see a challenge or to give up. I prefer to be proactive and dedicate time for lessons that are not always easy to learn.
Fortunately, life presents all the opportunities to practice. Even if with tiny steps, I am changing.
